Batman Forever Batmobile

This vehicle did look kinda ok, but didn't have the brutal look the others had. I also don't see the purpose (to Batman's requirements) of the neon lighting, other than it just looking nice.

The part where it went up the side of a building was very daft though and the grappling hook (or whatever it was) wasn't very believeable.
